Harold Rice Scholarship
Harold Rice was one of the founding members and spent many years dedicated to the club with being involved in purchasing their first groomer and future equipment till he moved to Boonville, NY in 1990. He served as the President for several years. It was a family affair as they were all involved whether it be the President, Secretary, Treasurer, or helping to make the many events, held at his garage, a success. You could always find Harold in the garage working on the grooming equipment or building something for the club. Along with many others in the community, snowmobiling was a passion of his.
